Services Provided
Studio Bainne offers bespoke design services, including but not limited to brand identity creation, website design, packaging, and creative consultation. The scope of services will be agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of any project.
Project Timeline
All timelines are carefully considered and agreed upon at the start of each project. While we strive to meet every deadline, unforeseen circumstances may lead to adjustments. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
Revisions
Studio Bainne offers up to two rounds of revisions as part of the project scope. Additional revisions may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance will be due upon project completion, prior to the delivery of final files. Payment plans can be arranged for larger projects.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will receive the rights to use the designs created for your brand. Studio Bainne retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and on our website.
Cancellations & Refunds
In the event of a project cancellation, any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly. The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
Studio Bainne shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We will, however, work diligently to ensure your satisfaction.
Changes to Terms
Studio Bainne reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
